Background Checks/Volunteer Protections
One of the goals of the Medical Reserve Corps of Illinois’ (MRCIL) MRC-STTRONG grant is to bolster Illinois’ capacity to respond and serve their communities. Part of that goal is to provide funds that can assist with background checks and volunteer protections. These funds would be available to all MRC units but primarily designed to be used for new volunteers, strike team volunteers, and those who are being sent on deployment. The procedure and necessary documentation is located below!
